With over four decades in the food industry means Chef Tom has the know-how and the vendor relationships to provide the best-tasting foods at the best price for the most discerning palates. This gives American Gourmet the unique ability to Provision your home with over a hundred different entrees to choose from. With a multiple case order, you create a customized menu in your home that will stock most families for 6-8 weeks or longer!

Chef Tom uses his expertise and customer feedback to determine the most consistent vendors. These premium vendors vacuum-seal and flash-freeze their products immediately. Foods are not sent to stores but are delivered directly from the vendor to you for optimum freshness.
Chef Tom only purchases food from premium vendors who sell high-quality meats, seafoods, and other dishes to the best restaurants and hotels. These products are bought in large quantities by us, delivered in smaller quantities to you and your neighbors while servicing that area, resulting in cost savings to our valued customers.
American Gourmet works with you by bringing the store to your door at times that are convenient to you when we are in your area for a 3-5 day span, every 6-8 weeks. Advanced orders are welcome but not necessary. We pride ourselves in our service and the quality of our products, which we've delivered since 1984.

Meet the Chef behind American Gourmet
A graduate of Newbury College’s first graduating class of their culinary program, chef Tom Connelly has been serving New England for over 40 years. His mentors include famous chefs such as: Francois Dubois, Phil Lamonzo, Willy Webber, and Paul Perdone. While Chef Tom has provided exclusive catering to his clients for most of his career, the primary focus of American Gourmet is provisioning individually vacuum-sealed frozen portions to thousands of homes throughout New England.
