PREPARED SEAFOOD

  1. Maryland Crab Cakes: 100% jumbo lump, blue crab through & through, prepared in the Chesapeake Bay area

  2. Coconut Shrimp (Jumbo): P&D (peeled & deveined), beautifully breaded shrimp

  3. Coconut-crusted Tilapia: mango, papaya, coconut, chive, & Panko crumb

  4. Potato-crusted Cod: shredded potato, cheddar, chive, & Panko crumb

RAW SEAFOOD

  1. Jumbo Shrimp, Cooked: IQF (individually quick frozen), P&D (peeled & deveined), tail-on, farm-raised off the coast of Thailand

  2. Jumbo Shrimp, Raw: IQF (individually quick frozen), P&D (peeled & deveined), tail-off, wild-caught pink domestic Gulf of Mexico shrimp

  3. Alaskan King Crab: 12-14 or 14-17 per 10 lbs.

  4. Sea Scallops: dry diver scallops wild-caught from the Gulf of Maine

  5. Swordfish Steaks: wild-caught from the Pacific Ocean

  6. Yellowfin Tuna Ahi: wild-caught from the Pacific Ocean

  7. Salmon Filet, Faroe Island: farm-raised off the coast of Iceland

  8. Jonah Crab Claws: cocktail claws wild-caught from the coast of New England

  9. Red Snapper (Scarlett): sweet & flaky, wild-caught from the Pacific Ocean

  10. Mahi Mahi: wild-caught from the Hawaiian waters of the Pacific Ocean

  11. Rainbow Trout: head-on, whole, cleaned

  12. Chilean Sea Bass: 5 lbs.

  13. Lobster Tails: wild-caught from the Gulf of Maine; Special Order Only, allow for longer lead time

  14. Lobster Meat: Special Order Only, allow for longer lead time
